| The Ellerslie
Volunteer Fire Department is on call 24 hours a day,
seven days a week. We have over 1200 families and
businesses in our service area and depend on your
annual dues/donation of $25.00 per year to be able
to serve you if you have a fire. Less than half of
these donate to the fire department. The donation is
tax deductible. The support of every family and
business in our community is very important. If you
have a fire and are not a paid up member of the fire
department you will be billed a fee of $250.00 for
the fire call. |
| The Ellerslie
Volunteer Fire Department currently has 17 active
firefighters. Equipment includes two fire-engines.
One is a 1990 Ford E-One that pumps 1,000 gallons
per minute and carries 1,000 gallons. The second
engine is a 1971 GMC that pumps 500 gallons per
minute and carries 1,250 gallons of water. |
The Volunteer Fire
Department depends upon your contributions, which are tax
deductible, for operating expenses.
Please mail your
dues/donations to:
